A few swatches from Tough As Nails Lacquer..

Happy Labor Day Everyone!!  Hope you're enjoying your day off!!  I'm really excited about today's post because the polishes I'm sharing with you are all gorgeous and unique!!  They're from Tough As Nails Lacquer and they're all in my "Top Favorite Indies!"

The first two are The Baconian Method and Go Sit On A Egg from the Breakfast Combo No.1 Set.
Breakfast Combo No. 1
The Baconian Method:

I have two coats of The Baconian Method layered over OPI My Very First Knockwurst followed by a fast-dry top coat.  This polish is amazing!  It really reminds me of bacon!!  LOL!  I love it when the glitter ratio is perfect and all of the polishes I'm posting today have "just the right amount of each glitter."  The Baconian Method includes brown, red, black, and orange glitter in a clear base.  It also looks awesome layered over dark browns or black.  Love it!!

Go Sit On A Egg:

I'll admit, I bought this combo because it was so unique and comical, BUT.. these polishes are just amazing! I have two coats of Go Sit On A Egg over OPI Alpine Snow followed by a fast-dry topcoat.  I love the white milky base in Go Sit On A Egg...  the yellow, orange and gold glitters swim around perfectly in this jelly-like base.  :) .. (I'm suddenly hungry for bacon and eggs ;) )

The next two are new polishes from Tough As Nails Lacquer:
Not A Plain Jane and 43 Quintillion
Not A Plain Jane:

L to R: Over Deborah Lippmann It's Raining Men, OPI Black Onyx and OPI Sparrow Me The Drama
Not A Plain Jane is another unique polish I really like.  It's an excellent polish for Valentine's Day (or Sweetest Day).  In the first two pictures above, I have two coats of Not A Plain Jane over Zoya Dove followed by a fast-dry topcoat (Sally Hansen Insta-Dri is my current fave).  I really like this one over red and black too.  Which is your favorite combo??  Elizabeth at Tough As Nails has NAPJ layered over OPI Fly here and I really like that combo also.  Not A Plain Jane has a clear base with white and pink glitters and white heart glitters.  I did add about two drops of thinner to this one as it was just a little "gummy."

43 Quintillion:

Top to Bottom: Over Lime Crime Lavendairy, China Glaze Kinetic Candy and Zoya Sweet
The name "43 Quintillion" refers to the number of combinations to solve the Rubik's Cube!! (I hate that game, I think I used to peel the stickers off and cheat! ;) ).  The colors in 43Q remind me exactly of the Rubik's Cube.  This polish is so versatile!! (You know I love a good versatile polish).  When I first laid eyes on this one, I thought.. ORANGE!!  The pics with the orange base (China Glaze Papaya Punch) are my favorite!  I love all these primary colored glitters, then add a pastel or bright base= pure genius!!  I love the random large red glitter in 43Q (index finger over orange).  Again, the formula was fantastic.. I used two coats of 43Q over each color followed by a fast-dry topcoat.

**You can also add Tough As Nails Lacquer to one of my favorite indie shops.  I have a ton of indies and the formula with all four polishes above is top notch! I can tell Elizabeth at Tough As Nails Lacquer put a lot of heart and soul in to creating each one of these beauties!!  I almost forgot to mention the bottles... I love them, they're more square/rectangular.  5 Stars to Tough As Nails Lacquer!!  :)
