Aphrodite Lacquers Terre and Soleil

Happy Weekend Everyone!!  Today I'm sharing two pretty polishes from Aphrodite Lacquers' Printemps a Paris Collection.  Both polishes have gorgeous sheer bases with simple hex glitters...

Terre:

Terre means "earth" in french.  Terre has a sheer green buildable base with emerald green and gold hex glitter.  I love the builable formula with just enough transparency to see the layers of glitter.  Application was easy.  I have three coats in the above pics followed by a quick coat of topcoat.  Terre is simple and gorgeous!

Soleil:

natural light
Soleil means "sun" in french.  Soleil has the exact same formula as Terre except Soleil has a barely-there pink milky sheer base with magenta and red hex glitters.  Of course I like this one a bit better because I'm a sucker for pinks.  Pictured above is three coats of Soleil followed by topcoat.  Again... I'm loving the sheer semi-transparent base.. the layers of glitters are beautiful!!

**I really like both Terre and Soleil.  They are subtle glitters for those of you who just want a little sparkle on your nails.  They're both a nice change from the zillions of glitter-bombs out there.  Every polish I've ever worn from Aphrodite Lacquers has had excellent formula and glitter ratio.  Rebecca at Aphrodite makes good stuff!! ;)**
